Fournil Bethléem – La maison du Pain
Discover the making of natural sourdough bread, kneaded by hand and cooked over a wood fire. Soizic and Marin welcome you to their beautiful bakery, bright and spacious, recently fitted out in an old barn. This couple of young bakers works there with passion for tasty, long-life bread with high nutritional value. They carefully select their raw materials and use organic flour produced locally.
Traditional bread and sweet treats are made by hand.
We want to taste everything: country bread, brown with seeds, raisin-hazelnut twist, small spelled, rye, buckwheat rice with seeds, brioche, almond crunch, gingerbread ... the range is tempting!
Guided tour of the bakery from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Friday.
Direct sales at the bakery on Tuesday and Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (remember to book!).
