At Chez Panat, we have a taste for things that are tasty and well done. Local produce, gourmet goodness and heart: here, everything is homemade, with the utmost attention paid to the products, their provenance and their quality, for a supremely comforting result.
From the bread to the side dishes and sauces (even the ketchup!), everything is made by Panat. There's no industrial stuff here, not even for the drinks: only quality direct from local friends.
Try it out: The original (pig pastrami, rocket pesto, cow tomme, salad, walnut oil mayonnaise), sweet-spiced potatoes, Canneléteroles, raspberry-hibiscus Kombucha and many other gourmet recipes, including the veggie sandwich with caramelized shiitakes, a delight!
