Founded in 1988, Baptiste Hamelin carries on the tradition of Maison Peyrey. Thanks to a unique artisanal drying technique, its semi-dried fruits retain their flavors and their juicy, tender texture.
D’ente plums, cherries, mirabelle plums, figs, grapes, apricots—not to mention the famous dried and candied tomato petals—are sourced from the finest French terroirs.
These products, free of additives and with no added sugar, delight food lovers and grace the finest plates of restaurants across France!
Enjoy them for breakfast, as a snack, or as an aperitif. Pairs well with: cheese, cottage cheese, white meat, foie gras, pastries, pasta, tarts, and cakes.
Also tomato spreads (11 varieties), vinegars, tomato sauces, tomato pickles, ketchup, and—for a touch of the Périgord—red pesto made with sun-dried tomatoes and Périgord walnuts!
