Discover waffles from Périgord, a lost tradition which has been revived at the mill.

Before cooked in all chimneys by our grandmothers and great grandmothers, our waffles have been forgotten because so longer to produce and really fragile.

We restarted production a few years ago.

Do not hesitate to visit the mill form walnuts and hazelnuts oil, the ancient millstone, all tools for walnuts oil and flour fabrication and also the bakery conserved in the same condition since its closure in 1956 and sometimes continue its service.
