Ferme du Séchoir

Ferme du Séchoir products are organically grown (rainwater harvesting, drip irrigation) and wild-picked. Original and exotic products, with a desire to push the limits of what can be produced locally, given that 80% of what we eat does not come from France.
In this rehabilitated former tobacco drying shed, you'll find :
- Honey
- Apple juice
- Spices/aromats/condiments (rosemary, thyme, fennel, paprika, lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, several varieties of chili powder or pickles, chili-flavored Guérande salt)
- Herbal teas: verbena, mint, calamint, monarda?
- Broths
- Jams: quince-camomile, rosehip, apple-raspberry?
- Vegetables, garlic
- Spreads, sauces, prepared dishes
By appointment, Monday to Saturday.
